How can I join the My AMY B. Loyalty Program?

To sign up for the loyalty program, simply create an account on our AMY B. website or at one of our stores using the same email address. Log in to your account at www.amybfashion.com and visit your personal area to check your points and the benefits you've earned!

I'm already registered for the in-store loyalty program. How can I use my benefits online?

If you're already registered for the inv store loyalty program, an online account has been automatically created and you should have received a confirmation email with your login credentials. To access the site, simply enter these credentials in the login area. If you don't remember your password, enter your email address and follow the password recovery process.

What benefits do I have by signing up for the My AMY B. loyalty program?

The benefits are numerous, including: point collection, birthday discount, private sales, and early access to exclusive promotions.

How does loading points work?

Loading points earns you 3 points for every euro spent. Points will also be accumulated when purchasing promotional products. NB: Shipping costs for online orders do not count toward points. To load points into your account, simply provide your first and last name at the checkout before the receipt is issued, and log in online before completing your purchase.

How can I use points?

Once you reach certain thresholds, you can convert your points into discounts of up to €45.

  • 1500 points = €10 discount
  • 2250 points = €15 discount
  • 3000 points = €25 discount
  • 3750 points = €35 discount
  • 4500 points = €45 discount

The voucher can be used in a single transaction for a purchase equal to or greater than the discount value.

When does the points collection expire?

Points are valid for 8 months from the date of registration. The expiration date will be automatically extended for an additional 8 months from the date of the last purchase.

What happens if I make a return?

In the event of a return with a refund or an unfulfilled order (e.g. product unavailable), the total points will be deducted from the accumulated points.

What happens if I return products purchased using points?

If you used points to pay for a product in an order and return it, the return amount will be net of the points discount. For example, if you buy a pair of trousers for €59.95 – €10 points discount = €49.95 (return amount). If you used points to pay for multiple products, the discount will be applied proportionally to each item.

Your points balance is available in your personal area after logging in with your email and password.

How can I unsubscribe from the loyalty program?

To unsubscribe from the loyalty program, log in to your personal area and uncheck the "I am already subscribed to the loyalty program" box.

How can I recover my account password?

To recover your account password, you need to click on the "Password" item.
Forgot your password?” in the Log In section. You will be asked for your username or the email address associated with your account. Once you have entered it, simply click “Reset Password.” You will receive an email containing the link to reset your password.

I placed an order without logging in?

If you place an order without logging in, it will no longer be linked to your account. You will still receive all information at the linked email address.

ORDERS

I placed an order with the “Pick up in store” option

Orders placed with the "Pick Up in Store" option are delivered in 3-7 business days and do not have tracking. As soon as your order arrives in store, you'll receive a "Delivery Notice" that will allow you to collect it. Please note that you will need to show proof of identity to collect your order.

Can I change/cancel my order?

If you've placed an order and need to change or cancel it, you can contact us at shop@amybfashion.com within 1 hour of order confirmation. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

ATTENTION : Possible changes include size and/or color changes. It is not possible to delete or add items to an existing order.

How to use a coupon code or gift card?

If you have received a Coupon Code or Gift Card, you can use it by entering it in the dedicated "Do you have a Promotional Code or Gift Card?" section in the cart during Checkout.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

Debit/Credit Cards : We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.

PayPal : You can pay with PayPal, either by logging into your account or by entering a credit or debit card number.

Satispay : The Satispay option allows payment by installments after registering for the service.

Klarna : With Klarna, you can pay for your order in three convenient installments over 30 and 60 days. Your cart total must be €35 or more.

Bank Transfer : We also accept payment via bank transfer. In this case, please allow approximately 2-3 days for payment to be processed and for your order to be shipped.

Can I pay with a Gift Card?

Absolutely. To use a Gift Card as a payment method, simply enter the code in the "Do you have a discount code or Gift Card" section during checkout. Your Gift Card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order. If your purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, you can top up your purchase with another payment method of your choice. If your purchase is less than the Gift Card balance, you can use the remaining balance for your next purchase before the card expires.

Are payments secure?

All payments made on this website are secure as it uses the SSL protocol, which guarantees security and reliability. The information provided during payment, such as your password, credit card number, or PayPal and Satispay credentials, is confidential and cannot be intercepted by third parties thanks to the encrypted communication technology between the user and the server. You can verify that a secure connection is being used by the padlock symbol that typically appears in your browser's address bar.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay in 3 convenient installments using Klarna, PayPal, or Satispay. The total amount of your cart must be greater than or equal to €35.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No, cash on delivery is not currently available.

What happens if the payment is not accepted?

In this case, no charge was made. Please try entering your information again, making sure it's correct. If it happens again, please email us at shop@amybfashion.com and we'll help you resolve the issue.

Where can I find the CVC/CVV code?

The CVV (Card Verification Value) code is a fraud prevention measure that allows the cardholder to be identified. On Visa and MasterCard cards, the code is printed on the back near the signature bar and consists of three digits. On American Express cards, the code is printed on the front and consists of four digits. As an additional security measure, your credit card issuer may require you to authorize the payment by entering a temporary security code, an SMS code, or using another authentication method.

What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping times to Italy range from 24 to 48 business hours and 48 to 72 business hours to the islands. Shipping costs €6 and is free for orders over €70.

Can I check the status of my shipment?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number that will allow you to track all the status of your order.

I only received a few items, why?

If you ordered multiple items, they may be available in different warehouses and may arrive in multiple shipments. In this case, you will receive a tracking email for each individual shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to major European and non-EU countries. Please contact our customer service before placing your order. Shipping and return costs are always the customer's responsibility.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How long does it take to return an item?

You can return AMY B. products purchased online, for any reason, within 15 days of receiving the goods.

Can I return my order in store?

You can exchange or change the size of your online order in any of our stores. Make sure the products are in new condition with all tags attached and bring the receipt you received via email (please also check your spam folder).

GIFT CARD

What is the minimum/maximum amount I can upload?

The gift card can be loaded in-store with a value of your choice between €50 and €500. Gift cards purchased online are available in 6 pre-set denominations: €25, €50, €100, €150, €200, and €250.

Can I have the gift card delivered to the recipient's home?

The Gift Card that can be purchased online is only virtual.
You'll be able to enter the recipient's email address, along with a personal message and a date for the gift card to be sent. The email will contain a unique code to use for in-store and online purchases.

Does it have an expiration date?

It is valid for 18 months from the date of activation.

Can it be used for multiple purchases?

Yes, it can be used for multiple purchases until the value is completely used up or a purchase is partially paid for.

Can it be recharged?

No, once the value is used up it cannot be reloaded.

Can the amount contained be refunded?

No, the uploaded value cannot be refunded.

Can it be used by a single person, or even by several people?

Since it is a bearer card, it can be used by anyone who presents it at the checkout or uses it for an online purchase.

Can it be blocked if lost or stolen?

No. Furthermore, AMY B. is exempt from any liability regarding improper use.

Can I buy any AMY B. item?

Yes, all items available online and in stores.

I was given an AMY B. Gift Card. What do I need to do to use it?

If you received a Gift Card purchased in-store or on amybfashion.com, simply enter the card code during checkout in the "Do you have a discount code or Gift Card" section for an online purchase, or bring the physical card or print out the virtual one in-store before the receipt is issued.

Can I use a Gift Card purchased online in-store and vice versa?

With the Gift Card, you can shop online or in-store, regardless of where you purchased it. Just have the code on the back of your Gift Card or the one you received by email with you.
